Breathe well is a 12 week exercise program and education program for individuals living with a chronic lung condition. Specifically: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Pulmonary Fibrosis, Interstitial lung disease and post COVID-19 symptoms. Pulmonary rehabilitation is highly recommended by the Lung Association and the medical community to help improve symptoms of COPD and improve strength. Week 1: Body changes and recovering from birth Week 2: Emotional and hormonal changes Week 3: Identity and relationships with others Week 4: Caring for baby and milestones Free classes that run on a continuous loop. Also open to Mom's and Dad's who are looking for information and support. Classes are held every other Tuesday starting November 21st at Walople Island site.
