This is a continuous monthly drop-in program that provides participants with pre- and post-natal education, nutrition information, and health and safety information. Child care is provided. This program is in partnership with the EarlyON Child and Family Centres, the Chatham-Kent Public Health Unit and Emmanuel Baptist Church. Available only to Low German families. This is a drop-in-program and provides participants with an interactive learning session in which participants will learn cooking and nutritional skills. Each session provides participants with a change to make and share a meal while learning about healthy eating, nutrition information, meal planning and recipe modification. Child care is provided.
