In partnership with the Grand-Bend Area CHC, North Lambton CHC and West Lambton CHC, the Eating Disorders Program is a family based program available to all individuals from 11-21 years of age. Non-CHC clients, with or without a Primary Care Practitioner are also welcome to attend.
This program is lead by Nurse Practitioners specially trained in the field of Eating Disorders to provide consultations, assessments and treatments to assist in creating a care plan with possible ongoing interventions. This team works closely with Doctors, Social Workers, Counselors and Dietitians.
