A Multi-Sector Accountability Agreement, or M-SAA, is a three-year service accountability agreement between Ontario Health and a Health Service Provider. The service accountability agreement enables Ontario Health to provide funding to the HSP for the provision of services.
It is a performance agreement that assigns a measure of responsibility to the health service provider and sets out accountabilities and performance expectations.
