The Chatham-Kent Community Health Centres (CKCHC) is excited to launch its 2022-2025 Strategic Plan “Toward the Best Possible Health and Wellbeing for All” effective April 1, 2022. This new strategic plan provides a three-year commitment on how the CKCHC will achieve its desired future of “The best possible health and wellbeing for those we serve”.
