What is the time commitment?

Volunteer 6-8 hours per month by attending one Board meeting per month and may also participate on a Board Committee
Board committees meet at least quarterly for 2-3 hours
Participate in Board education sessions or planning and decision-making sessions

Meetings are held at 5:30 pm on the 3rd Tuesday of the month, unless otherwise notified.

No person shall be qualified for election or appointment as a Director if he or she: is a member of the Professional Staff; is an employee of Chatham-Kent Community Health Centres; is under 18 years old; has been found under the Substitute Decisions Act, 1992 or under the Mental Health Act to be incapable of managing property; has been found to be incapable by any court in Canada or elsewhere; or has the status of bankrupt.
