Low impact: This class is perfect for Seniors, those with mobility concerns and those not yet ready for Traditional mat yoga. The chair is also utilized as a tool to assist with balance.

Offering beginner yoga sessions to help center and bring more balance to all! This gentle yoga is shared with alternative movements to help guide the non-yogi through a 60min session
