Women 16 years and older are welcome to join the Nokomisug Circle. Along with tea and bannock, participants can take part in group activities focusing on mental wellness. There will be smudge ceremonies during this group. Facilitated by Neva Isaac-Sands, Social Worker & Heather MacDonald, Wholistic Healing- Mental Health Practitioner, MamooNaakiiwin. Registration is not required. Just drop in!
