Breathe well is a 12 week exercise program and education program for individuals living with a chronic lung condition. Specifically: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Pulmonary Fibrosis, Interstitial lung disease and post COVID-19 symptoms. Pulmonary rehabilitation is highly recommended by the Lung Association and the medical community to help improve symptoms of COPD and improve strength.
