Service Disruption Notice on COVID-19

Please note that our Walpole Island location will be open Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in June. If you require assistance you can still call the Walpole office at 519-397-5455 and press 3.

We are experiencing a high volume of calls at this time and waits to get through may be increased as a result of that. We thank you for your patience.

Our hours of operation have changed due to COVID-19 and will be as follows:

Our Wallaceburg location will be open Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 9:00am – 4:30pm & Wed 9:00am – 5:00pm

Our Chatham location will be open Mon, Wed, Fri 9:00am – 4:30pm & Tues, Thurs 9:00am – 5:00pm

Precautionary Measure because of COVID-19

As a precautionary measure and to help minimize the spread of COVID-19, the Chatham-Kent Community Health Centre has implemented the following:
– All group programming has been cancelled until further notice.
– All appointments with Allied Health Professionals (Social Worker, Dietitian, Physiotherapist etc)  have been postponed unless medically necessary in which case a phone visit will be provide.
– All other primary care visits are being evaluated to determine if they are medically essential at this time. Telephone visits will be provided if deemed necessary. Clients will be contacted and informed if appointments are affected.
– We will continue to see medically essential visits in office. We ask that you report to the triage area upon arrival. Guidance Signs will be posted for directions.

Please be advised that phone calls will not be answered from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday and from 4:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Fridays.
